A few weeks ago, we were helping our Man-child move to Marseille, as he starts his new art student life. Notre Dame De La Garde is an imposing and very beautiful basilica towering over the maddest city in France. Sadly I had already shot my way most of the colour film I had with me by the time we got there, and the morning light was appropriately divine. I kicked myself very hard in the shins. Much as I love black and white film, this time I was a bit peeved to be honest.
